Order Processing and Shipping:
Items are processed within 5-7 business days of purchase. Our shipments may vary during weekends and holidays. Allow up to 7 business days after processing for delivery.
Exchange Policy:
Items cannot be returned for a refund, we will provide a Store Credit for unsatisfactory garments. Exchanges will be honored within 5 days from when your package is delivered. You must notify us at info@simplymarlo.com of any problems with your merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must have their original packaging and be in un-worn condition. All returns will be refunded in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY. The store credit is valid for 1 month. All sale/discount items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Tracking:
USPS tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address used when purchasing merchandise through our site. Orders can be tracked by using the USPS “track & confirm” tool to check the status of you order.
